museum proximity helpful staff self-service bar
The location suited my needs very well. it was near the museums. the staff was helpful. They showed me to my room. i found a self-service bar downstairs where i took some drinks.
the keycard did not work one night when i returned to the hotel.

EXCELLENT stay near museum square!
fresh fruit late checkout key attractions
The breakfast was AMAZING! I especially loved the fresh fruit and juices available. Staff arranged a late checkout. It cost €10 an hour, very helpful. The location is very good. It is close to several key attractions.
The keycard failed to work late at night when I returned to the hotel on my second night. This was inconvenient after a long day.

convenient location friendly staff stocked bar noisy room missing air conditioning lack privacy
the location is very convenient to visit museums. i found the staff to be friendly. the self-service bar downstairs had drinks and snacks on the honor system.
my room faced the walkway and playground, so it was noisy. there was no air conditioning, so i had to keep the window open. this meant i had less privacy because people could see in as they walked by.

the hotel's location near the museum quarter was acceptable.
My room lacked air conditioning, it was hard to sleep. Opening the windows let in street noise, it was disruptive at times (i was quite annoyed).

the location proved excellent. it was close to art galleries and museums. friendly staff assisted me with directions to the nearest bus station.
my keycard malfunctioned one evening. i could not access my room late at night. there were several silverfish in my room, which i found unpleasant.

good museum district stay
convenient location bike rental easy sightseeing
i found the location quite convenient. i could rent bikes directly from the hotel, a great feature. the proximity to the museums made sightseeing very easy and enjoyable.
the room faced the main walkway. this meant passersby could easily look in, which reduced privacy and there were noises too.

the cozy double room offered sufficient space and the bed provided excellent comfort for restful nights. recently renovated rooms ensured everything felt fresh and well-kept, and i particularly appreciated the attention to detail. the room was to be newly renovated.

breakfast included very good coffee and fresh cucumber water was available in the registration area, a refreshing touch. the hotel provides easy access to public transportation right behind it. i found this particularly useful for exploring the city.

the superior double room was very clean and bright. breakfast included fresh berries, also excellent pancakes similar to crepes.
the room was located next to a walkway, so i could hear everyone walking by.
